Purpose: Conduct psychosocial evaluation & threat risk assessment 

Age Range: middle school and high school (11-18)

Admin: 60 Item self report addressing threat characteristics and psychosocial functioning among students who have made a threat of violence. 

Time: 10-20 minutes
